In this kitchen renovation, our client had a kitchen and dining room area separated by a counter and cabinets. The two rooms felt disconnected and not very functional. This transformation removed the counter and cabinets and opened the kitchen to add an island, complete with seating as well as a dining table off to the side of the kitchen area. This open area concept made for a spacious kitchen and room to entertain.
