Does your work include warranties?
Yes, absolutely. At KAT Reno, all of our workmanship is backed by a standard two-year warranty as part of the MHBA. Contact us for further details.
What should I expect?
As a team of experienced professionals, KAT Reno is well equipped to ensure that your home renovation goes smoothly. We work as efficiently and effectively as possible, but inevitably there may be delays and other events that occur beyond our control. If there are any bumps in the road along the way, we are knowledgeable and resourceful enough to handle any situation that may arise. No matter what happens, we will maintain an open, direct line of communication to keep you updated throughout the process.
How long will I have to wait?
Once you have accepted our estimate, your project is entered into a queue system. The eventual start date depends on a number of considerations, including the type of renovations being requested and the amount of staff required to tackle the project. We never rush into any job and we make sure to enter into each project fully prepared to master the task at hand. If you have any questions or concerns about the scheduled timeline, your KAT Reno renovation specialist should be able to provide a general start date. Patience and understanding are key to a successful home renovation.
Do you have insurance?
In addition to being fully insured, KAT Reno is covered by WCB for all employees and trades. Every tradesperson we hire is also insured and experienced in their particular field.
